Admission Criteria:

  • Admissions are highly competitive and primarily **entrance-based**.
  • **B.Tech:** Based on **JEE Advanced** rank. Candidates must have qualified JEE Main and secured a good rank in JEE Advanced. Requires 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with 75% aggregate marks (or top 20 percentile in relevant board exam).
  • **M.Tech:** Based on **GATE** scores, followed by an interview. Requires B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
  • **M.Sc.:** Based on **JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.)** scores. Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant science discipline.
